Brant, thanks for the apology but seriously, we aren't all that disappointed.

I mean we were for a few minutes as we realized we'd all been tricked, and we thought it was pretty lame, but we come to the Flash games because we really love the FLASH. The guys on the floor played well and with such heart, and Brad and his staff did a fantastic job at keeping them in the game.

There certainly was no disappointment at all in what we paid to go see, you know?

By the way, from top to bottom, everyone in your organization is just so nice. We really like what you are doing.

It is just a shame that this well intended "all in good fun" thing didn't come off as it was meant to, because it overshadowed a GREAT game.

At any rate, thanks a LOT for the comment.

You are a good man and definitely have my respect.

I read your blog and and am sorry for the disappointment of your kids. I want kids to love the games not experience disappointment. When we realized today at about 4pm he was not coming we should have handled it differently. What we felt would still be very entertaining was not seen as such and I understand why that is. We put in place this contingency plan with this lookalike to help try and give fans something to say they still had fun with even if MJ didn't show up. Even if the comments are from a minority the execution was poor on our part and I am sorry.

Give those tickets to someone else and they can use them to come to another game.

We will try very hard to make it up to you over time.

Regards,
